Features the roller shell and bearing housing made from UHMWPE engineering plastic with a molecular weight exceeding 3 million (in accordance with ASTM standards).

Due to the self-lubricating and non-stick surface of the GCS UHMWPE roller, materials do not adhere to the roller surface, effectively reducing belt vibration, misalignment, spillage, and wear during conveying operations.

Weighing only 1/3 of steel rollers and featuring a low friction coefficient, UHMWPE rollers are lightweight, energy-saving, and easy to install and maintain.

With exceptional wear and impact resistance, the wear resistance of UHMWPE is 7 times higher than steel, 3 times that of nylon, and 10 times greater than HDPE, earning it the reputation of being the “King of Wear-Resistant Materials.”
