3 Roll Picking Idler Sets With Inverted Angle Transome

Transome Type Picking Conveyor Idlers · All Dimensions in mm · Side Rollers can be set at 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, or 60° · Sets are supplied unassembled unless GCS’s picking table rollers disperse materials by using a longer center roller and a shorter concentration roller at an angle of 20°, making inspections of iron filings easier and more reliable.

 The idler set is a piece of powerful conveying equipment, although the airfoil drum in formation will still form a conveyor belt and transport it into a groove. However, the middle roller of this roller set is longer than the ordinary roller, forming an unequal roller set, which is often used with the feed machine. With this loading, material accumulation on the surface of the drum can be prevented.
