Belt Impact Idler Roller:
Impact rollers are deployed at the locations where the material is fed onto the conveyor belt to minimize the impact of shocks and hits caused by the dropping material fed to be conveyed. For this purpose, special cushion rings are attached to the rollers and are secured against shifting. Although the trimming is usually distributed over the whole length of the idler/roller body, it does also allow for numerous individual combinations and special solutions.
The impact roller is installed below the feeding section of the roller idler conveyor, which reduces the impact on the conveyor belt and prolongs the service life of the conveyor belt. The rated load of the buffer idler is the same as that of the standard idler. The buffer idler mainly plays a buffer role. The buffer idler is used to slow down the impact of blanking on the conveyor belt at the feeding place of the return roller belt conveyor.
In the process of transporting heavy and bulky materials, it is sometimes necessary to install the buffer idler along the whole conveyor line. Buffer roller itself has more than ten times the toughness of ordinary metal corrosion resistance, flame retardant, antistatic, lightweight, and other characteristics, widely used in mining.

1.This RS series rollers belong to GCS high-end conveyor roller.
2. This return/carrier/trough roller has a high precision structure, composing as many as nine seal parts which ensure the roller's good capability of water and dust resistance. With rubber or steel seals, and multi-labyrinth seals.
3. The bearing housing and tube is full welded to ensure the well contact of the whole roller. Grease is permanent lubricant.
4. Roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.
5. Material: normally Q235 tube (specially for conveyor roller), A3 cold-drawn shaft (Could be of very high precision to meed different customer requirement.)
6. Each roller would be through strict inspection and test to ensure every out coming roller are of true high quality.
